- Toms Ceļmillers former senior advisor at the Latvian Ministry for Regional Development and Environment, will speak about the importance of an open data culture in State administration
- Antonio Greco, project manager at Delna, will present key findings from the upcoming publication “Open Data and the fight against corruption in Latvia, Sweden and Finland”
- Toni Mickievicz, Swedish open data expert from Open Knowledge Sweden, will talk about current open data challenges and civil society activism in Sweden
- Aleksi Knuutila, Finnish open data expert from Open Knowledge Finland, will speak about the use of open data for lobbying transparency and other issues of public accountability an anti-corruption
- Rudīte Spakovska, journalist, will speak about how open data can be beneficial for investigative reporting on corruption cases
